FOREIGN CONSULATE IDENTIFICATION CARD INFORMATION
The City Council adopted Ordinance No. 175853 which requires City departments to accept, in most cases, officially issued Foreign Consulate Identification Cards (FCIC) which have been approved by the City Clerk as valid identification. Any country that issues FCICs to its citizens or nationals may request that the identification card be accepted as valid identification for programs and services provided by the City of Los Angeles.
