TREASURE TRAIL / TEMPORARY CLOSURE
Subject
Motion -THEREFORE MOVE that the Bureau of Engineering be directed to report with recommendations relative to the temporary closure of a portion of Treasure Trail easterly from its intersection with Pacific View Drive in Council District 4 for a maximum period of 18 months as a means of abating the serious and continual criminal activity as determined by the Police Department and inasmuch as it is unnecessary for this road to remain open for pedestrian and vehicular traffic.
