1. INSTRUCT the General Manager, Los Angeles Housing Department (LAHD), or designee, *City Administrative Officer and Chief Legislative Analyst to report to the Housing, Community, and Economic Development Committee within 30 days relative to developing an Emergency Foreclosure Assistance Program, including eligibility criteria and options for funding.
