Resolution - RESOLVE, that by the adoption of this Resolution, the City of Los Angeles, hereby includes in its 2007-2008 State Legislative Program SUPPORT for AB 2275 (Fuentes) which seeks to require a water-bottling or private water source, in applying to obtain a license, provide information regarding the total volume of water bottled or sold, the source from which the water is obtained, and the location of the source; and for the Department of Public Health (DPH) to compile and make public the information provided by the applicants.
