Resolution - RESOLVE that, with the concurrence of the Mayor, with the adoption of this Resolution, the City of Los Angeles hereby includes in its 2007/2008 Federal Legislative Program SUPPORT for HR 1747 (Solis), the Safe Drinking Water for Healthy Communities Act of 2007, which seeks to set a schedule for the EPA to promulgate a national primary drinking water regulation for perchlorate, thereby protecting the public health and welfare.
