Subject
Resolution - RESOLVE that, with the concurrence of the Mayor, with adoption of this Resolution, the City of Los Angeles hereby includes in its 2007-08 State Legislative Program, a position to URGE the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (Metro) to increase the proposed half-cent transportation sales tax measure for the November 2008 ballot to one-cent and SUPPORT for legislation that would raise the cap for any additional Los Angeles County transaction and use taxes.
