Special Motion 1 - That the Council determine, as provided in Section 54954.2(b) (2) of the Government Code, and pursuant to Rule 23 of the Rules of the City Council, that there is a need to take immediate action on providing an offer of reward for information leading to the identification, apprehension, and conviction of the person or persons responsible for the robbery of Cash Depot, a check-cashing facility at 3411 South La Brea Avenue, on January 2, 2008, AND that the need for action came to the attention of the City Council subsequent to the posting of the agenda for today's Council meeting.
