Motion - That City Council instruct the Personnel Department, the Los Angeles City Employees Retirement System (LACERS), and City Administrative Officer to report to Council within 30 days relative to the feasibility of establishing a hardship program to enable the members of the LACERS to borrow against retirement contributions to prevent the foreclosure of their homes.
