Subject
Motion - That the Council instruct all general managers of city departments, including proprietary departments, to develop protocols to ensure that data contained in electronic communication modules (ECMs) on vehicles involved in accidents be saved before such vehicles are moved from the accident scene to protect evidence which could prove the innocence of the city, and its employees, in legal actions involving vehicular accidents; etc.
