Communication from the West Los Angeles Area Planning Commission, dated May 2, 2005, and an ordinance relative to: CASE NO. APCW 2004-7476 BL Location: 3626-3636 Jasmine Avenue Council District: 10 Plan Area: Palms-Mar Vista-Del Rey Request(s): Building Line Removal Applicant: Jasmine Realty Partners, LLC; James Frost At its meeting on April 6, 2005, the following action was taken by the West Los Angeles Area Planning Commission: 1. Approved the requested Building Line Removal Ordinance and recommended that the City Council adopt the ordinance to effect the removal of a 25-foot building line on the northeast side of Jasmine Avenue, established by Ordinance No. 69020 pursuant to Section 12.32 R of the Municipal Code, the proposed demolition of two duplexes and a single family dwelling and the proposed construction, use and maintenance of a 27 unit condominium project. 2. Adopted the attached Findings. 3. Adopted ENV 2004-7220 MND Fiscal Impact Statement: There is no General Fund impact as administrative costs are recovered through fees. 3. PRESENT and ADOPT accompanying ORDINANCE, approved by the West Los Angeles APC, effecting the removal of a 25-foot building line on the northeast side of Jasmine Avenue for the proposed demolition of two duplexes and a single family dwelling and the proposed construction, use and maintenance of a 27 unit condominium project located at 3626-3636 Jasmine Avenue.
