1. APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the various actions as detailed in Recommendation Nos. 1-14, 17-28 and 30 as detailed in the June 1, 2007 City Administrative Officer (CAO) report and attached to the Committee report.
2. APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the various actions as detailed in Recommendation Nos. 2-16 as detailed in the June 8, 2007 CAO report and attached to the Committee report.
3. APPROVE the various technical corrections as detailed in the June 1 and June 8, 2007 CAO reports and attached to the Committee report.
4. AUTHORIZE the CAO to make technical corrections, as necessary, to those transactions as detailed above in Recommendation No. 1 and 2 in order to implement the Mayor and Councils' intentions.
7-13-07 - Council Action - Motion ADOPTED to APPROVE Budget and Finance Committee report recommendations, subject to the approval of the Mayor to:
1. CONCUR with the recommendations of the Public Works Committee relative to funding adjustments related to municipal facilities projects.
2. AUTHORIZE the Controller to re-appropriate funds in advance for all projects included in the City Administrative Officer's Construction Project report, attached to this Committee report, which are subject to the annual Capital Improvement Expenditure Program reversion process.
