Special 2 Motion - That by adoption of this Motion, the City Council provide an offer of reward in the amount of $50,000, for information leading to the identification, apprehension and conviction of the person or persons responsible for the brutal killing of Michael Lezay on July 21, 2007. Mr. Lezay was on the 1600 block of Baxter Street when he was fatally shot.
