DEVELOPER'S FEE / APARTMENTS / CONDOMINIUM CONVERSIONS
Subject
Motion - That the Housing Department, with input from the Department of Recreation of Parks, be requested to develop a proposed fee to be charged to developers of new market rate apartments, as well as for condominium conversions, to be used to purchase open space, as well as fund maintenance of, improvements at and staffing of existing parks. Exemptions should be provided as described in the text of this motion.
