Subject
Motion - That upon adoption of this motion, street vacation proceedings to vacate the alley southeasterly of the intersection between Chautauqua Boulevard and Berea Place from Chautauqua Boulevard to its southwesterly terminus, be initiated pursuant to California Streets and Highways Code, Division 9, Part 3, Public Streets, Highways and Service Easements Vacation Law.
