Resolution - RESOLVE that, with the concurrence of the Mayor, with adoption of this Resolution, the City of Los Angeles, hereby includes in its 2007/2008 State Legislative Program OPPOSITION for Proposition 7, the Solar and Clean Energy Act of 2008, which seeks to augment utilities' renewable energy use in a manner that would ultimately harm the environment.
