Resolution - RESOLVED, with the concurrence of the Mayor, that by the adoption of this Resolution, the City of Los Angeles hereby includes in its 2008-2009 Federal Legislative Program SUPPORT of or SPONSORSHIP for Federal legislation that would repeal the so called "Tiahrt Amendment" and/or repeal any restrictions on the sharing of local, regional and national crime statistics.
