PRESERVING FINE ART MURALS
Subject
Motion - That the Planning Department, with the assistance of the Department of Cultural Affairs, the Department of Building and Safety, the City Attorney, and the Chief Legislative Analyst, first define what a fine art mural is and to draft an ordinance that addresses the City's need to facilitate new and preserve existing murals.
