Mo - THEREFORE MOVE that the City Atty be requested to prepare an ord
to amend Section 80.53 of the Municipal code so as to allow the
parking of motor vehicles in the parkway portion of private
driveways, bet the street & the sidewalk, in those cases where the
vehicle does not protrude either into the street or fully or
partially block the sidewalk & to return that ord to the City Ccl for
consideration as soon as possible
