Capital and Infrastructure Funding Policy: The Capital and Infrastructure Funding Policy states that to the extent possible, the City shall annually budget one percent of General Fund revenue to fund capital or infrastructure improvements. The Budget and Finance Committee recommendations on Mayor's Proposed Budget provide $51.7 M for capital projects and infrastructure improvements, which equates of 1.05 percent of the General Fund. |
