Amend the instruction to request the City Attorney, with assistance from the Bureau of Engineering and the Department of Transportation, to prepare and present ordinances no later than October 31, 2013, to amend all applicable sections of the Los Angeles Municipal Code and Los Angeles Administrative Code to reflect the consolidation of engineering land management and transportation planning into the Planning Department, as this proposed consolidation is anticipated to take place on January 1, 2014, subject to approval of the Council and the Mayor. |
