Sylmar Foothill, LLC, Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. BC640292. (This is a condemnation action in which the City is taking property to be used to replace existing leased transit facilities with City-owned transit facilities; 12760 to 12776 Foothill Boulevard in Council District 7.) |
