Resolution - THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT:
The City Attorney be instructed forthwith to draft a Charter Amendment to be placed on the November 2002 ballot for a vote of the electors, establishing a community borough system and creating a community borough implementing commission, etc.
