Trust Fd for Proj Restore, said Trust Fd to be administered by GSD;
2. INSTRUCT Controller to transfer original City approp of $300,000

Fd No 843, Proj Restore Account No 0160 to newly established Proj
Restore Trust Fd; 3. TRANSFER $300,000.00 (30000) from General City
Purposes Fd No 0523, to newly established Trust Fd; 4. INSTRUCT
Controller to transfer all balances & encumbrances from General
Services Trust Fd No 843, Proj Restore Account No 0170 (State gift
monies) to newly established Proj Restore Trust Fd; 5. INSTRUCT GSD
to deposit any future receipts for Proj Restore into newly
established Proj Restore Trust Fd; 6. AUTH GSD to accept private
contributions, upon instruction from Proj Restore, & to deposit such
monies into new Trust Fd

- To comply with requirements of recently adopted Ord 166034 adding
Chapter 25 to LAAC establishing Project Restore Trust Fd, & since the
construction phase of City Hall Demonstration Proj historic
renovation will begin soon, it is necessary that City funds
appropriated for the project's construction phase be deposited into
the Trust Fund as soon as possible.
THEREFORE MOVE, SUBJ TO APPROVAL OF MAYOR that $300,000 - 300000 -
appropriated to Proj Restore from 1990-91 City budget, General City
Purposes Fd 100/56, Proj Restore Acct 0523, be transferred to Proj
Restore Trust Fd, Fd 869, Acct 0190, entitled "Project Restore - City
Fund FY 91".
