FURTHER MOVE that City Clerk be instructed to prepare the required contract with the Central City East Association (C.C.E.A.) or any other agency as appropriate, subject to approval of the City Attorney, and to take any action which may be necessary to effect access to the Business Improvement District (BID) Trust Fund for the purpose stated above.
FURTHER MOVE that Councilmember of Council District Fourteen (14) be authorized to execute the contract on behalf of the City.
