3. ADOPT Resolution pledging to provide State match and to comply with certain administrative procedures as directed by the State.

5-2-03 - Verbal Motion - Holden Mover 2003 / Reyes - ADOPTED - HEREBY MOVE that Council ADOPT the following recommendations of the Board of Public Works (BPW) (Item No. 14, Council File 99-2456) relative to zero-percent interest State Revolving Fund (SRF) Loan for the planning, design and construction of the North Outfall Sewer-East Central Interceptor Sewer Project, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR:
1. ADOPT the accompanying RESOLUTION to amend the Resolutions previously adopted by the Council on February 9, 2000 and November 3, 2000, which authorized the City to apply for and receive an State Revolving Fund (SRF) Loan from the State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) and identified the source of funds for repayment of such loan, to reflect administration changes and the increase in funding from $241,000,000 to the State Water Resources Control Board approved loan of $264,633,453.
2. INSTRUCT the Director, Bureau of Sanitation, or designee, as the authorized representative for the City, to submit the adopted Resolution to the State Water Resources Control Board. (Environmental Quality and Waste Management Committee waived consideration of the above matter).
