Subject
Motion - That the City Council direct the Bureau of Engineering - Real Estate Group, to work in accordance with Section 581(e) of the City Charter, to accomplish the following: (1) Exchange the underlying fee ownership on North Main Street, depicted as Parcel ISV on R/W Map No. 33394, with the required street easement at 1028 North Alameda Street, which is depicted as Parcel 1AA on the aforementioned R/W Map; and (2) Issue a Revocable Permit, prior to the beginning of construction, and process a no-fee vacation in favor of the owner of 1028 North Alameda Street, once the project is completed.
