1. APPROVE the transfer and assignment of obligations under Agreement Numbers C-97487, C-97731, and C-101131, between the City of Los Angeles and Watts Health Foundation, Inc., to Jenesse Center, Inc.
2. AUTHORIZE the General Manager, Los Angeles Housing Department. or designee, to:
a. Negotiate and execute loan agreements, between the City of Los Angeles and Jenesse Center, Inc., subject to the approval of the City Attorney as to form and legality.
b. Execute all other appropriate documents necessary to effect the transfer and assignment of obligations relative to Agreements Numbers C-97487 and C-97731, subject to the approval of the City Attorney as to form and legality.
c. Prepare Controller instructions for any necessary technical adjustments consistent with the Mayor and Council actions on this matter, subject to the approval of the City Administrative Officer and AUTHORIZE the Controller to implement the instructions.
3. AUTHORIZE the General Manager, Community Development Department, or designee to:
a. Negotiate and execute a retroactive service agreement with Jenesse Center, Inc., in the amount of $40,000 for the period of February 1, 2002 through March 31, 2002, subject to the approval of the City Attorney as to form and legality.
b. Execute all other appropriate documents necessary to effect the transfer and assignment of obligations relative to Agreement No. C-101131, subject to the approval of the City Attorney as to form and legality.
c. Prepare Controller instructions for any necessary technical adjustments consistent with the Mayor and Council actions on this matter, subject to the approval of the City Administrative Officer and AUTHORIZE the Controller to implement the instructions.
4. AUTHORIZE the Controller, or designee, to:
a. Transfer funds within the Home Investment Partnership Program (HOME) Fund, Fund No. 561, Department 43, as follows:
