Subject
Motion - MOVE that the Bureau of Engineering with the assistance of the Department of Transportation be directed to report with recommendations to vacate 9th Avenue between the new Expo Rail Line right-of-way and Exposition Place with the understanding that the property owner to the west would take possession of the vacated area in order to allow them to re-orient their business since, with the Expo Line coming through, the operation of the train will close their existing main entrance.
