1-12-07 - Council Action - Verbal Motion - LaBonge Mover 2007 / Rosendahl - ADOPTED - HEREBY MOVE that Council ADOPT the following recommendation of the City Administrative Officer SUBMITTED WITHOUT RECOMMENDATION by the Arts, Parks Health and Aging Committee (Item No. 21, CF 06-279) relative to an agreement for the operation and maintenance of the arcade at the Sherman Oaks Castle Park:
AUTHORIZE the President and Secretary of the Board of Recreation and Park Commissioners to execute, the agreement with Butterfield Games, Inc. for the operation and maintenance of the arcade at the Sherman Oaks Castle Park, for a term of ten years with one five-year renewal option, subject to the terms and conditions of the lease between the City and the United States Army Corps of Engineers, subject to the approval of the City Attorney.
