Subject
Motion - That upon adoption of this motion, street vacation proceedings to vacate the alley known as Werdin Place between Los Angeles Street and Main Street from approximately 173 feet northeasterly of 3rd Street to its terminus (aka Police Facilities Motor Transport Vacation District), be initiated pursuant to California Streets and Highways Code, Division 9, Part 3, Public Streets, Highways and Service Easements Vacation Law. This is in connection with the Police Headquarters Facility Plan.
