Motion - That the City Council provide an offer of reward in the amount of $50,000 for information leading to the identification, apprehension, and conviction of Ramon Eduardo Rodas Gaspar, an at-large suspect for multiple sexual assault cases at Tarzana Hospital, and in support thereof, make the findings as stated in the Motion, pursuant to Division 19, Chapter 12, Article 1 of the Los Angeles Administrative Code.
