Instruct the Department of Transportation to report to the Transportation Committee with an analysis of annual fatalities and injuries, beginning with the year that the City implemented the Vision Zero Initiative. The report should include a comparison of fatalities and injuries on the High Injury Network streets that have new Vision Zero improvements and streets that did not have Vision Zero improvements.
