Mo - THEREFORE MOVE that DOT be instructed to post signs, within six
weeks, at appropriate locations in order to identify "Baldwin
Village" Community. FURTHER MOVE that Planning Dept be directed to
allocate appropriate resources to implement said designation,
including posting of "no loitering" and "no littering" signs within
boundaries. FURTHER MOVE that at time of revision of West Adams -
Baldwin Hills - Leimert District Plan, Dept of City Planning
designate "Baldwin Village" as a community within the text of Plan.
