Mo - Carthay Circle is a residential neighborhood bounded by Wilshire Blvd, Fairfax Ave, Olympic Blvd & City's boundary with Beverly Hills; & Wilshire Community Plan has, as one of its goals, preservation of low-density residential character of community & enhancement of its distinctive neighborhoods; & in Carthay Circle neighborhood are numerous homes that are examples of Los Angeles' architecture of mid war years, as well as broad greenbelts; THEREFORE MOVE that Planning Dept, with assistance of City Atty, prepare a neighborhood specific plan for residentially zoned property of Carthay Circle community that would preserve its residential character & unique identity

on the south, Schumacher Drive on the west and Wilshire Boulevard on the north.
