MOVE that Ccl, subj to approval of the Mayor, instruct Controller to make the
following fund transfers to implement Preferential Parking District No. 75,
modify the traffic signal at Riverside Dr & Woodman Ave, install additional
stop signs & traffic controls in the adjacent neighborhoods, & refine the
Neighborhood Protection Plan.
1. Transfer from Fund No. 573, Warner Center Trust Fund, Neighborhood
Protection Prog (Sherman Oaks Fashion Square) Acct to the Preferential Parking
District No. 75 Fund No. 674, an amt equal to the number of subsidized
Preferential Parking Dist No. 75 thru 12-31-97.
2. Transfer the amts indicated below from Fund No. 573, Warner Center Trust
Fund, Neighborhood Protection Prog (Sherman Oaks Fashion Square) Acct to the
following accts in the Dept of Transportation Budgetary Fund NO. 100/94:
Acct No. 1090, Overtime $15,000
Acct No. 3360, Signal Supplies $ 8,000
Acct No. 3040, Contractual Services $ 2,500
FURTHER MOVE that any monies thus transferred that remain unspent at the end of
FY 1996-97 be reappropriated to the same LADOT Acct for FY 1997-98 to complete
implementation of the named projects, & that, ultimately, any unspent monies be
returned to the Neighborhood Protection Prog (Sherman Oaks Fashion Square) Acct
upon completion of the named projects.

Department of Transportation (DOT) Budgetary Fund No. 100/94
